Mayor Joe Winfield to Deliver State of the Town Address
Get ready for a day of insight and community spirit as Oro Valley Mayor Joe Winfield takes the stage for his sixth State of the Town Address. Mark your calendars for Thursday, October 31, 2024, and head to El Conquistador Tucson, a Hilton Resort, for an inspiring luncheon hosted by the Oro Valley Chamber of Commerce. The event kicks off at 11:30 a.m.
Mayor Winfield will highlight the town’s achievements over the past year, including celebrating Oro Valley’s golden 50th anniversary. He’ll also share his optimistic vision for the future. Members of the media are welcome to attend and can arrange interviews with the Mayor by contacting the Town of Oro Valley Communications at jhidalgo@orovalleyaz.gov.
This year marks the 23rd annual State of the Town Address. Before the luncheon, be sure to check out the largest business expo in Northwest Tucson. Running from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., the expo will feature over 70 local businesses and organizations. While the expo is free for everyone, you’ll need a ticket to enjoy the luncheon. This year’s event is proudly sponsored by The Lisa Bayless Team at Long Realty.
You can grab your luncheon tickets on the Oro Valley Chamber of Commerce’s website. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to the Chamber at 520-297-2191.
Can’t make it to the event? No worries. A video recording and transcript of Mayor Winfield’s address will be available afterward on the town’s website, orovalleyaz.gov.
