Get ready to lace up those shoes and join in on the excitement! The Town of Oro Valley welcomes everyone, young and old, to take part in the 10th Annual Roundup at the Ranch 5K/10K Run/Walk on Saturday evening, May 17, 2025.

This year, we’re introducing a fantastic new option: a 10K route! So whether you’re a seasoned runner, an experienced hiker, a casual walker, or pushing a stroller, you’ll find something to suit your style and help a worthy cause. This family-friendly event truly has something for everyone.

All proceeds will support the Town’s Round Up for Youth Recreation Scholarship program, which helps provide access to fee-based recreational programs for young people in Oro Valley from families facing financial challenges. The thrill kicks off at 3:30 p.m. at Steam Pump Ranch (10901 N. Oracle Road), with the race starting at 5:17 p.m. Participants will enjoy the picturesque views along the Cañada del Oro (CDO) multi-use path. Both routes—the 5K and the 10K—will start and finish at Steam Pump Ranch, and all participants will take home a medal.

But the fun doesn’t end at the finish line! Join us for a free after party from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., featuring live music, lawn games, food trucks, and beverages available for purchase. This after party is open to everyone—no race registration needed—so gather your family and friends for a joyous evening filled with health, community spirit, movement, and generosity.

Be sure to clear your calendar for an evening packed with fun, music, and great memories, all for a wonderful cause. Whether you’re racing in the 10K or simply enjoying the after party with friends, Roundup at the Ranch is where the spirit of community and family fun truly shines.
