The Town of Oro Valley is reaching out to the community about a proposed rezoning project at the Church of the Nazarene. This property is at the northeast corner of Calle Concordia and Calle Buena Vista.

Rezoning private property involves specific processes, and the Town will handle all applications. The project will go before the Oro Valley Planning & Zoning Commission and Town Council after a neighborhood meeting and technical review.
Given COVID-19, the usual in-person neighborhood meeting will instead be held on Zoom. Join the meeting on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, at 6 p.m. This alternative method ensures community input while maintaining safety. The Planning and Zoning Administrator allows these changes to keep everyone involved.
