HEART Series: Tucson’s Proven Lifestyle Program to Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease
Enrollment is now open for the highly acclaimed HEART Series—a medically supervised, hands-on heart health program that teaches participants how to prevent, halt, or even reverse coronary artery disease through evidence-based lifestyle changes. Founded over 22 years ago, this Tucson-based initiative has helped countless individuals transform their health and avoid invasive medical procedures.
Led by Renowned Tucson Cardiologist and Wellness Experts
The 12-week HEART Series is led by Dr. Charles Katzenberg, Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Arizona Sarver Heart Center, and Edna Silva, R.N., a cardiac rehab nurse and the founder of the T’ai Chi Center of Tucson. Together, they guide participants through a comprehensive wellness curriculum designed to enhance cardiovascular health and overall well-being.
The program is operated through the non-profit Foundation for Cardiovascular Health and has become one of Tucson’s most respected lifestyle medicine courses.
