Qualifications
- 10+ years in journalism or editorial management

- Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, with extensive CMYK print‑design experience
- Deep understanding of local community issues in Oro Valley
Outsourced Content Writer
Location: Remote (Oro Valley, AZ preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Research, write, and edit articles on local news, events, and human‑interest stories
- Optimize content for SEO using targeted keywords and meta tags
- Collaborate with editors to revise drafts and meet publication deadlines
- Ensure all content aligns with Oro Valley Voice’s editorial guidelines and style
Qualifications
- Proven experience writing for digital and print media
- Strong command of AP style and SEO best practices
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS is a plus
Print Advertising Sales Representative
Compensation: Straight commission – incredible pay potential

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, pitch, and close print advertising packages with local businesses
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with editorial and design teams to develop compelling ad content
