Oro Valley Residents: Your Input Needed for Our New Website!
Hello, Oro Valley! We’re giving our town’s website a fresh new look, and we need your help to make sure it’s just right. Think of it like moving into a new house. Before hauling in all the furniture, you want to make sure everything fits perfectly. That’s where we are right now—with a “test” version of the site ready for you to explore.
How Can You Help?
We’d love for you to take a stroll through our beta site, which you can find here: beta.orovalleyaz.gov. While you’re there, share your thoughts with us through a quick four-question survey. Remember, this test site only has about 30% of the content, so you might not find everything you’re looking for just yet. We’re focusing on the site’s layout and ease of navigation.
Your feedback is crucial in helping us create a final website that truly meets the needs of our community. We plan to officially launch the new site by April 2020, but we need your input by February 23. Head over to this link to fill out the survey: Feedback Survey. Feel free to pass this invitation along to friends and neighbors—the more opinions, the better!
About the New Website
Our town’s website hasn’t had an update in about seven years, and we’re thrilled to partner with OpenCities to bring you a more modern and engaging online experience. The new platform aims to boost online services and make it easier for you to find what you need. We’re also excited to introduce tools for better citizen engagement, allowing you to weigh in on important topics and projects.
For now, we’re in the early stages, so some features are still on their way, but we can’t wait to share all the improvements with you in the coming months!
