Oro Valley Keeps Residents Informed During COVID-19

The Town of Oro Valley is on top of the ever-changing COVID-19 situation. Town officials are closely following advice from state and county health experts. They’re also teaming up with local partners and the Pima County Office of Emergency Management to ensure a smooth, regional response to the pandemic.

To keep everyone updated, Oro Valley has set up a helpful web page where you can find the latest news on changes to town services, facilities, programs, and events. Check out the Oro Valley COVID-19 Updates here for a list of any cancellations or service interruptions.

“Our situation is changing daily,” said Town Manager Mary Jacobs. “In the coming days, we might have more restrictions or closures, especially for recreational facilities or other non-essential services. We promise to keep everyone informed as quickly as possible and will make decisions with the community’s best interests at heart. We’re also committed to fair refund policies when needed.”

For now, if you need to handle any business with the town, it’s best to do it online or over the phone. Visit Oro Valley Online Services and click on “Online Services” in the top right corner or call 520-229-4712 for help.
